Vertical III filing cabinets provide certified one and two-hour fire protection for documents. The entire range has been tested and approved by SP in accordance with the NT Fire 017 standard in the classes 60 Paper for one-hour fire protection and 120 Paper for two-hour fire protection.
Every model in the range has central locking as well as a day-catch on each drawer. This ensures that as long as a drawer has been pushed shut, its contents are completely protected from fire, even if the cabinet is unlocked.
Each drawer is also independently insulated, so that if one of the drawers has been left open in a fire, the contents of the closed drawers still remain completely protected.
Each drawer can be fully extended so that all of its contents can be easily reached. To prevent tipping, an interlocking system only allows one drawer to be pulled out at a time.
Interior fittings include a bottom plate for folders and files and a data media insert.
